Leones de Santo Domingo inks Terrence Shannon- September 18, 2019
In 2001 (two years after he left the college) Shannon was drafted by Maryland Mustangs (USBL) in third round (29th overall). He attended Elgin Community College (JUCO) until 1999 and it will be his 21st (!!!) season in pro basketball. The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Shannon played in the final of Panamanian LPB Clausura in 2018. He was also voted Latinbasket.com All-Liga Centroamericana 1st Team in 2018. It's very possible he may end his playing career at Leones de Santo Domingo. Shannon could be described: The graduate can create shots around the basket and fly high above the rim. He will rely heavily on athletic ability. Shannon is a 6'8 versitle forward with a big time motor! He is an athlete who plays with great energy and always above the rim. Can Defend the 3 or 4 without any problem. Always a fan favorite because of his ability to finish dunks on or over defeners. By Eurobasket Data Center
